Life Design Coaching
Through Life Design Coaching you will gain a clearer picture of the issues that are holding you back. Our sessions allow you a positive way forward. My style is intuitive yet practical while also creative yet focused on achieving hard core results! My clients tend to be people stuck, looking for change, & wanting to take the next step but not knowing how. That could be someone 18, 30, 43, or 60- male or female. What matters is that you want to move forward and are ready to receive help to make that change happen.

We take a holistic approach which recognizes that we often get stuck when it comes to truly investing in ourselves. More often than not we focus on outer appearances rather than inner well being, and our buying habits often reflect this. Life Design & Self-Care Coaching is about healthy outer AND inner growth and well-being! We offer a number of ways to receive cost-effective but high quality professional support!
Life Design Coaching– can include a one time session or ongoing coaching support with monthly calls.
Coaching package sessions typically begin with the FREE Call Session. My Life Coaching fees vary and are based on duration and number of sessions.
Group Coaching Program- an effective and affordable alternative.

Beauty of Being YOU Shower – is a 2 hour group experience in the company of friends you invite as a reminder and celebration of Self-Care. It is a fun, interactive, insightful experience designed to enhance inner and outer beauty. Great for book clubs, part of a bridal shower, or a girls night event!
The HOT Seat a powerful lasered coaching experience, which includes Question and Answer session for those seeking Spiritual guidance and application to life issues.
